The property is in a private and safe building, split into 2 levels. Above, you'll find 'summer':
- a private veranda with a sexy swimming pool and lovely panoramic view of Ipanema, Leblon and the famous mountains seen all over the tourist media.
- next to it, a living/sitting room with a 60'' TV and comfortable sofas

The apartment is located near 'Posto 8', which is near both Arpoador (a popular beach) and Posto 9 (one the hot spots on the beach. There are restaurants everywhere nearby, allowing for either a private atay at home or easy access to Ipanema's famous night-life.
Our guests have ranged from small romantic couples to business travelers and large party-loving groups. Everybody loves the view and enjoys being able to relax in a private paradise right next to the beach. They go out, cook at home, hit the beach and adore the sun/moon by the pool. They all love it. We never had a bad review and intend to keep it that way!
