With five large suites and capacity for 10 people this mansion has everything to make your vacation the best ever. It has complete infrastructure with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, garden, BBQ area, air conditioning, Wifi and cable TV.
The Space:
House offering three suites on the 1st floor and a suite on the ground floor; a guest house with living room, toilet and a suite.

Getting Around:
You will be able to access the beach and some commerce nearby the house by foot. If you would like to go to town, you would do it by car.
Other Things to Note:
The house offers staff professionals for cleaning, cooking and maintenance of the garden and pool during the hole first week without day off. From the second week, a day off with the employees must be agreed.
We have our own lease agreement model. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
