Casa da Ilha is located on Araujo Island, Paraty, RJ, Brazil, in front of Praia Grande which is on the mainland at Km 561 of the Rio-Santos highway. It has capacity of up to 20 people. Two double rooms in suite with two mezzanines respectively, one bedroom and a mezzanine in the living room with double bed and capacity for 3 single beds in the mezzanines. It has a total of four bathrooms, kitchen, TV-LED, living room, balcony with sea view, party room with barbecue, garage for boat and kayaks.
Nature lovers can relax and enjoy in front of a beach for the exclusive use of the complex's guests.
Attention: Arriving from São Paulo to Paraty via Presidente Dutra or Ayrton Sena highway to Guaratinguetá and Cunha-Paraty road logo.
The property invites to hiking trails with lush vegetation, boating, fishing on the high seas or in Piere the house.
We recommend visiting the fishing village caiçara in the social center of the island to meet a small chapel of the colonial era and also have a cool Prainha within 800 m of the house. Rooms at Casa da Ilha are simply decorated and have fans.
Arrival to Island only until 17:00 hours.
The distribution of electricity is not stable. Has sporadic short. We recommend bringing lanterns, matches and candles.
The beach, quays and paths are shared by the guests of the other three houses that are part of the complex.
Collect recyclable waste once a week. Bring 100 liter plastic bags. Organic litter will be thrown overboard daily to feed fish and crabs.
