Our apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential complex with only six parties.
The residential complex "Residenza Agli Ulivi" is located approx. 120m above Lake Garda, only approx. 3 minutes by car (approx. 2km) from the center of Torri del Benaco and is romantically embedded in olive groves with a spectacular view of the lake and the historic center of Torri del Benaco with the medieval Scaliger Castle.
The city center of Torri del Benaco can also be reached on foot in about 25 minutes from the apartment via a romantic panoramic path.
From the living room you can access the sun terrace, from which you have a view of your own little garden, the swimming pool with outdoor shower and Lake Garda and the mountains on the west side.
Our residential complex is located in a private street, where there are many high-quality domiciles.
Our apartment has about 50 square meters of living space and is perfect for a romantic trip for two, your family vacation or an active vacation with friends.

The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed (160cm x 200cm), air conditioning / heating, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables with associated lamps. From the bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the entire Lake Garda.
The bathroom is newly renovated in a modern style and u. a. equipped with a walk-in shower.
From the living room you can directly access the sun terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Lake Garda and your own small terrace. Garden.

From the garden you can reach the new swimming pool with outdoor shower directly via a small podium
ATTENTION: The pool is unsupervised and has NO NON-SWIMMING AREA! Kl. Children may not play unsupervised here.
The pool has a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the center of Torri del Benaco with the striking Scaliger Castle.

Our apartment has the advantage that you can relax during the day away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. You don't have to drive far to be active, because the wide-ranging tourist infrastructure of Lake Garda is only 2 km away.
Relax z. B. during the day at our quiet swimming pool and enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake.
In the afternoon, take a long walk on one of the panoramic Lake Garda hiking trails (directly from the apartment) and stroll through the pedestrian area of Torri del Benaco in the evening.

* The small private road (Via per le Prandine) is EXTREMELY steep at the beginning. Drive very slowly especially the first 100m, otherwise your car could hit a bump!
