Room ('Garden'), with 2 + 1 beds, located on the ground floor and overlooking 2 large doors to the garden, equipped with a small porch, where you can read, use the PC and enjoy a meal in complete freedom and silence. In addition to the double bed and an old nineteenth-century family wardrobe, cleverly enhanced by a hand-painted painting, there is a comfortable armchair in the room, easily convertible into a single-sized bed. The bathroom, preceded by an anti-bathroom, is large, windowed, with shower, carefully chosen sanitary ware and large mirrored surfaces. Like in the whole house, the floors and ceilings are made of wood. The room is then equipped with TV, while air conditioning and wifi are being prepared, for June p. v.
The room is part of a recently renovated 2-storey (PT and first) single-family home (2017), located in a village in the immediate vicinity of the Historical Center, reachable on foot, surrounded by many shops and served by public transport to all directions. Private car parking is free, not subject to time disks and mostly readily available. The house is directly accessible from the road, without architectural barriers and offers 2 other tourist accommodation on the 1st floor.
There are also 2 rooms for common uses and functions for the ground floor room ('Garden') and for the other 2 on the 1st floor. It is about:
-an entrance-living room, where you can stop, equipped with a desk and 2 small rattan chairs.
-a tavern-kitchen, equipped to prepare breakfasts and quick snacks (fridge, freezer, induction hob for a pot, kettle, toaster, microwave, an electric coffee machine and a traditional coffee capsule ) with wooden table and 6 chairs. Here it is possible, if necessary, to stretch and iron a washing machine available. Everything that can be used for preparing and consuming food is available in the kitchen drawers. In the fridge we provide, on request, some food for breakfasts or snacks.
