Rose Cottage is a beautifully presented home, situated in the exceptionally popular location of Formby. The property is within close proximity to Freshfield Railway Station for easy travel & also close to Formby National Trust / Reserve as well as the local shops in a vibrant village. Freshfield & Formby offers a variety of bars and restaurants, two of which, The Freshfield & The Grapes are both located within a 5 min walk.

The accommodation comprises: enclosed porch, hall, lounge, family room, fitted kitchen/dining room & utility/WC to the ground floor. To the first floor, there are three bedrooms and family bathroom with a further office/play room accessed via a turned staircase to the second floor.

There is off road car parking and mature gardens to the front and rear. The rear garden being a good size and south facing and had the luxury benefit of a Luxury Hot Tub, an outside bar facility and a full suite of new comfy garden furniture to enjoy the summer months.
