Start your relaxing vacation by stepping onto the covered balcony and observing the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Ocean breezes, the smell of salt water and the roar of the ocean overtake your senses as you truly relax. Beautiful direct ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony, den, kitchen, and master bedroom. Enjoy the breathtaking view from this 3rd Floor condo and avoid noisy neighbors by dwelling on the top floor. The den has a vaulted ceiling and skylight providing a bright, warm, open, roomy feel. You are located directly across the street from the beach with public beach access within steps of the condo. Pelican Pass is a short walk to the Surfside pier, several restaurants, and bars. Amusement parks, shopping, outdoor activities, fishing, water activities, and many golf courses are close. Downtown Myrtle Beach is 15 minutes away. The new Market Common, which is located on the former air force base, is an outdoor shopping/eating extravaganza approximately 10 minutes from the condo. You may or may not have already noticed that "oceanfront" lodgings cost a great deal more. If you're the kind of person that enjoys comfort and appreciates value, this condo will be your vacation home away from home. Delightful decor, comfortable furnishings, wood flooring, and beautiful views add up to make this a lovely place to rest after a day of enjoying the beach, golf, or shopping along the Grand Strand. Don't forget the other close attractions such as Wild Water and Wheels, Ripley's Aquarium, Waccatee Zoo, Pirates Voyage, and Myrtle Beach Safari to name a few.

This roomy, remodeled completely furnished, two-bedroom, two-bath unit is clean and cheerfully decorated. We supply pillows, blankets, and mattress pads. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is just to the left as you enter the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has 1 extra long twin bed and 1 queen bed. The pull-out queen sleeper sofa bed is in the living room. The total sleeping space is a maximum of 7 people. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Due to the HOA rules, no pets are allowed. There are numerous pet-friendly facilities within Surfside Beach. Please be respectful of the HOA rules and pick another facility if you have a service animal. Winter rentals are available.
