Located in the heart of Barra, the building has a complete infrastructure including a swimming pool and kids' area. In the condominium complex there is a mini center with a bakery, convenience store, choperia, restaurants (pizzeria, meat, fish), pharmacy and a beauty salon. It is also just 200 meters from Barra da Tijuca beach.
NOTE: To use the pool, a medical certificate is required. Guests are not permitted to use the sauna or gym.
