Our brand-new apartment, located in Via Aspetti, 45, on the 3rd floor. The apartment is located a few minutes away from the Railway Station, from the Old Town of (hidden) and from the University Faculties.
The Apartment was recently renovated and furnished with new furniture in a Modern Minimal Style. It is made up of: a wide Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Terrace, 5 bright Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms with showers.
The apartment can be easily reached with the public transportation: the Tram Stop is in front of the apartment and several bus lines run in via Aspetti.
Moreover, in the neighborhood, you can find many stores: The Supermarket Despar is 1 minute walk away, but in the surroundings, you can also find the Cinema "Multiastra", many pizzerias, restaurants, drugstores, etc.
The apartment is very convenient to reach the humanistic faculties (Languages, Letters, etc.) less than 10 minutes away on foot, and the faculties of the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), reachable in 10 minutes by bike.
THE PRICE OF ROOM "A" IS Single SUITE room with Double bed and Internal Living Room with Armchair is 480€
Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:

- All the expenses for the condominium
- Unlimited Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- Weekly Cleaning Service of the Apartment
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need
The rental agreements are individual.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will have to :
✔provide to pay 2 month of deposit
✔pay the administration fee
✔provide all of your documents for the registration of the contract
If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
