Welcome to our happy place! Our home is in a family friendly building at the East end of the famous Long Beach boardwalk. Our condo is located approximately 1 mile from the LIRR station. You can arrive at Pennsylvania Station in NYC in approximately 55 minutes and we are conveniently located 25 minutes from JFK, making this your perfect beach getaway. We offer parking for two cars if you should desire. There are taxis, busses, and a trolley available but bicycling is really the ideal way to get around. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condo with a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite newly remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom is a bunk room that can easily sleep 4. You will find all the amenities of home in our kitchen. Granite counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking supplies you'll need for a wonderful beach getaway. Upstairs unit which offers a granite kitchen with counter seating, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In addition, there is a large terrace with a gas grill and a seating area. Our condo is freshly painted and the bathrooms are brand new. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, wagon, and beach passes provided when required. We can also offer a second option for a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment with a kitchenette. Please inquire if interested. Price can be discussed for this option. Parking for one car is provided. Minimum 7 day stay is required. Just bring yourself and you'll feel right at home! Please note, our condo is not available for parties of any kind, and doing so will result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of payment.
