The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1978, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.
