The deck overlooks Lubbers Quarters and the Sea of Abaco and offers both sun and a covered area perfect for relaxing, sunset dining, etc. The gourmet kitchen has 2 sinks, a breakfast bar and in-kitchen eating area. The lavishly decorated wide open living room has 30 foot ceilings and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. A small deck complete with rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs surrounds the entire main floor and opens to a spectacular entertainment/patio area off the living room and kitchen. The patio has a custom tiled freshwater pool, grill and eating area for 10 or more. Another unique feature is the raised covered wet bar. Bench seating around the patio, but guests will find an abundance of loungers, chairs and barstools. An expansive grass yard and a professionally landscaped lot add to the already fabulous outdoor spaces. Dock slip up at Marnie’s Creek to accommodate up to a 30′ vessel, if you choose to rent a boat or bring your own. Dock space is available for a bigger vessel at an addition fee.
