The living room is spacious and has a comfortable sofa, plenty of lounge seating, and a large Smart TV and an indoor fireplace. Our home also has 3 full bathrooms.

Cook delicious meals using our fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen has marble countertops, a drip coffee machine, toaster oven, cookeries, utensils, little charcoal grill and more tools for whipping up a meal for your whole family.

PARKING
There is free parking in the driveway for guests up to 4 vehicles. Free street parking is also available.
We only allow dogs in this property and subject for Pet fee. Unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees. We do allow Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Please be a responsible pet owner. Guests may also incur additional fees like cleaning fee assessed if we find poop or pee after your stay or if we find damage from the pets.
Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.
External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
