This home is located a 10 minutes south of the town of Grand Haven, just 3 blocks from Buchanan Beach, a clean and quiet Lake Michigan Beach. We also have a membership to the Christian Reform Campground, directly across the street. Our guests can use their beach, restrooms and facilities.
The property is less than a mile from American dunes gold club.
This is a very well maintained home that is fully furnished with everything you will need for a relaxing beach vacation. There are 3 bedrooms: Master w/ King bed and attached bath and closet on the first floor. Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and queen bedroom with a crib on the second floor. A full bathroom with a tub/shower on the second floor. There is a full basement that is set up with a queen bed, king bed and an additional set of bunk beds. Basement has separate seating area with a TV, a table and chairs for 4 and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
A full family room with TV, Cable, and DVD/Blu-ray player is furnished with leather furniture. Eating area has space for 6-8 people to eat. There are 4 bar stools for more people to eat at the counter.
The desk has plenty of outlets to plug in all electronics and a space to work.
Washer and dryer on the first floor, just off of kitchen.
Attached garage and plenty of parking.
Basketball net, fire pit and a quiet street for kids to ride bikes.
At the end of our street, there is a bike path where you can ride from Holland to Grand Haven, a beautiful ride!
Best of all is the in ground pool! This is private to our home and is professionally maintained.
