You will enjoy 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 twin,2 and a half baths, large dining room with farm style table that seats 6, large living area, a full modern kitchen with all amenities, dishwasher, microwave and toaster included. On the center of main floor is the kitchen, in front is living, next to the kitchen seats the dining area ,conveniently located right off the kitchen is the wash area, and to the rear of the first floor is one queen bed room and a half bath.
In the rear of the second floor is the large master suite with bath, in the center of the floor main bath, next to the bath is a twin bedroom, and in the front of the home is a queen bedroom that gets fantastic morning light. The Top floor of the home is dedicated exclusivley for the roof deck, on warmer days you can sit enjoy a cup of coffee or simply take in a panoramic view of the area. This is a neighborhood is in the heart of Brooklyn that offers extremely convenient access to Manhattan via train. The home sits 1 city block from 2 major and very convenient train lines to manhattan (L&3) travel time is approximately 30 minutes. It is also centrally located close to Kennedy and Laguardia airports, by taxi 20 Mins from Kennedy and 25 Mins to Laguardia. A short 10 minute taxi ride from home in either direction are 2 large malls, where you have access to shopping in large chain stores and a verity of restaurants for seated dining. 3 blocks away form the home is a large and convenient grocery store along with quite a few smaller variety stores for convenience.
