SeaEsta offers peaceful Caribbean views with dramatic sunsets. A seaside sitting area overlooks the water with ramp access for kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, or swimming. Enjoy nighttime stargazing by the stone fire pit or on the poolside deck.
SeaEsta boasts a stunning elevated ocean-view pool with a Baja deck and shaded lounge areas. An outdoor gazebo and three pergola gathering areas provide guests with plenty of space to gather for meals, lounge in the sun or shade, and enjoy spectacular views throughout the day and night.
SeaEsta includes three structures: A newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Main House and two newly-constructed private one-bedroom bungalows.

WE SET THE PRICES THIS WAY TO MAKE THE PROPERTY MORE AFFORDABLE TO SMALLER GROUPS WHO DO NOT NEED ALL THREE STRUCTURES. THE BASE PRICE IS FOR THE 4-BEDROOM MAIN HOUSE ONLY. ONE OR BOTH BUNGALOWS CAN BE ADDED FOR $165 PER NIGHT PER BUNGALOW. SEAESTA IS ALWAYS RENTED TO JUST ONE GROUP AT A TIME. YOU WILL HAVE THE PROPERTY ENTIRELY TO YOURSELF. THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR THE MAIN HOUSE RENTED ON ITS OWN, WITHOUT ANY BUNGALOWS, IS 8 GUESTS.
The Main House has a large living area with sweeping ocean views and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has island seating for six. There is also an outdoor dining area just off the kitchen that seats 12
The Main House has a master bedroom with a king bed, an en suite full bath with both a walk-in shower and a stand-alone tub, and an ocean view. Also on the upper level of the Main house is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with one XL twin-on-twin bunk bed. (Each bunk bed has separate power and reader lighting for the kids.) These two bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. The lower level of the Main House has a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
Each of the two detached bungalows has a full kitchen, a full bath with a walk-in shower, a king bed, and private porch access for leisurely afternoon reading or relaxing in the Caribbean air.
To ensure maximum comfort during your stay, SeaEsta has a laundry room with washer and dryer, air conditioning throughout, full generator backup power, complete water back-up system with cisterns, complete water filtration system with three-stage filter and UV sterilization, and Starlink super-fast internet.
SeaEsta is located just 15 minutes from historic Governor's Harbour in Eleuthera. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street.
