Positive: the property was fine, quiet location. housekeeper very helpfull.

Negative: house badly advertised on Booking.com. It calls itself as Casa da Montanha, but there the name is another one, so there is NO WAY TO BE FOUND on the map. The owner did not send the proper info for direction, only the name of the road. I thought tha I would find a plate with the name "Casa da Montanha" - but it did not exist!!! To make it even worse, the owner did not give any heads-up to the housekeeper, so when we got there after 2 hours trying to find the location, the house was not clean yet. He managed to clean it as fast as possible, so definetely it was not up to standards. Kitchen has not enought utensils to cook and not enought for 4 people. So I had to request to the housekeeper more dishes and silverwares to be able to eat! Finally, the extra bedroom with 2 beds is actually outside of the main house, so if you go with your kids, thinking that they would have their own beds to sleep on, and you DO CARE if they sleep within the same roof as you, weel, this would not be the house to choose! My kids had to sleep on the couch. Oh! Finally, the fireplace has not protection - so you should be careful to not put the house on fire! One more thing - there is no grass to stay on... Just a small porch.
