Wifi throughout the house and backyard area. Well lit backyard with automatic lighting, gardens illuminated by led spotlights.
Because it is a family condominium, it is not allowed a loud sound that disturbs the other residences, it is a place of peace and rest, it is not allowed to barbecue on the banks of the river as well as cops and objects of glass in the place.
