In addition to the impressive beauty, from the choice of materials, organic fibers and noble and sustainable woods, to its own design, the choice of every detail was not by chance, but they fulfill a function. The central pillar that unites all the petals is capable of collecting at least 50% of all the rainwater that falls on the roof. The pointed design of the front petal allows the sea wind to enter and travel throughout the house, cooling it completely - in what, in the words of the architects themselves, can be defined by the concept of “low tech eco - efficiency”.
The living spaces are at the center of the house, integrating the internal and external environment and promoting a harmonious atmosphere between those who fraternize here and nature. In front of the house there is a private pier that gives access to the house's yacht, where a skipper and a sailor are available.
