Your cozy base can be found in our NYC 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in lively Lower East Side!! Here you will be steps away from some of New York’s best restaurants and bars- in this area is the highest density of eateries in the city! This apartment is also ONE BLOCK from the subway. My amazing wife did the interior. We have the apartment professionally cleaned and strive to make your stay enjoyable- call at any time for the best local recommendations! Check in is easy and seamless. The Space: This apartment has three bedrooms. Windows throughout each room provide plenty of light, as well as sights of the bustling lower east side. Each of the three bedrooms has a full size bed, with great closets, and large windows for plenty of light. The windows all have blinds, and we have bedside tables with lamps for reading. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. This means brand new appliances including a dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. The living space has a sofa that reclines into a full size bed, and a very comfortable lounge chair to relax in. We also have a flat screen TV with Sling TV and Netflix, and high speed WiFi internet for our guests. Check out the amenities section to see what we have. Yes, plenty of sheets, pillows, towels, and everything else you'd need! Guest Access: You are granted access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will have sets of keys (we can discuss how many you need), and hope that you will truly embrace the space as your home during your time. Interaction with Guests: I am in New York City and am highly responsive to messages, emails, and calls, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need recommendations! Additionally, if you need anything arranged prior to your arrival, such as food or drinks, or other special requests, please just let me know. The Neighborhood: We love this area for a few reasons: it's quiet and safe, steps from everything and anything you need (see the 'Getting Around' section), and in a classic and authentic 'New York' area of town- one of the hippest in Manhattan. Get the best experience in your time with this location. Getting Around: This apartment's location in the Lower East Side is within walking distance from: Union Square, Midtown, West Village, SoHo, Greenwich Village, Gramercy, NoLita, and Murray Hill. Apple or G Maps are great companions and will tell you how long it is to walk, or ride wherever you need to go. Both link with the subway system and schedule to tell you the quickest route to anywhere in the city. The metro is very reliable and efficient, and luckily the major subway lines are very close by. You'll find a map of the metro in the apartment. This will be your go-to during your explorations. Other Things to Note: We keep the Calendar up to date, go ahead and book! Parking is available to your group at a private garage under our management. It’s one stop from Manhattan in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (incredible area). We ask $25/night for parking.
