The house is in Park Slope Brooklyn, very safe area with families and couples live around and beautiful back yards, its on 14 street, only four blocks from the F ,R, G, subways 20 minutes to Manhattan.
Also,four blocks from the beautiful Prospect Park, close to groceries and farmers market on 5th av on Sunday's.
The house has 3 floors, top floor are two bedrooms with one queen bed and the other with a full size bed.
The second floor has a living room with T.V and a huge bathroom( towels provided)
The first floor has an entrance room with a desk and a lounge chair, a gourmet kitchen and a dinning room with sliding glass doors that goes to the back yard garden.
This house comes with two cats a mother with her son which spend the entire day time outside in the back yard ,the people who will stay need to feed the cats(the owner will buy the food) morning and night. At night the cats can come to sleep inside the house.
Parking are available on the street and laundry in the house.
Owner goes away ,need to have a piece of mind for the responsibility of the rentals, take care the house and the cats.
