This 30-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home: an electric kettle, sink, toaster, mini-fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, drip coffee machine, and more. You'll also find full sets of dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. For added convenience, the apartment features a clothes washer and drying rack, as well as an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom - perfect for longer stays or feeling right at home.
The bedroom features a double bed with a high-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, duvets, pillows, and towels are provided for each guest. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
