House with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, lawn yard, pool, covered garage for up to three cars, all walled and indevassible. It comfortably holds two couples with up to two children each but can accommodate a maximum of 12 people for having only one bathroom.
The house is airy and large, has ceiling fans, tv, basic appliances, pool, hammock and large balcony. Good times can be spent in silence and comfort without, however, luxury because we appreciate the reuse of objects (all working) that would be discarded and pollute nature.
The neighborhood is bucolic and quiet neighbors are in season so most of the time you and your family members will be alone in the locality. Water in abundance without problem rationing but extra quotas for waste may be charged and therefore caution is required in using the most precious asset to life.
It is required that very powerful or very loud sound equipment is not used so as to disturb or disturb neighbors beyond the care we take with our own própria. There are no problems with the presence of animals but if they spoil something a replacement fee will be charged.
