In a unique location near the lake and surrounded by a beautiful green park, this completely renovated studio flat is located on the second floor of a former hotel complex with a view of the lake from the balcony and two entrances to the large panoramic swimming pool in the communal green park.
It has a double bed and a sofa bed for a total of 4 people.
The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with shower.
This studio has air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a free parking space.
The beautiful shared roof terrace with panoramic views of Lake Garda is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and is the ideal place to relax.
In the spacious communal lobby you will find a lift to the terrace, a self-service laundry room (for a fee) and free, unlimited Wi-Fi for our guests.
From the lobby, a path leads uphill (approx. 5 minutes) to the restaurant-pizzeria La Loda and the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. Entry is included for 2 of our guests (normally there is a charge). There is also a small pool for children. In the large communal park there are olive trees, palm trees, large trees, benches, a children's playground, a bar-restaurant and a large swimming pool.

Check-out at 10.00 a.m.
