Positive: The apartment was perfect for our family. There was good space for an NYC apartment and great views of the water. The location was very convenient - east and west side trains within a 10 min walk, restaurants, fast food places and bars right in the neighborhood. The check-in and check-out process was effortless and the host was available whenever we had any questions.

Negative: The apartment could have been cleaner. I had to do an overall wipe down and also run the washing machine / laundry machine a few times without clothes to clean out the mold buildup. The dishwasher is not usable as it was falling apart inside - with pieces of it coming apart. We used it to dry dishes instead.

Summary: Would stay again as the host, apartment size and location is ideal. Could be cleaner.
