The condominium is cozy, familiar and has typical Buzian architecture, concierge, two swimming pools, a sauna and a parking space.
The house is located in front of one of the condominium swimming pool and is composed on the first floor of porch equipped with portable barbecue, living room with double sofa bed, ceiling fan and TV, bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, stove, refrigerator , blender, coffee maker and utensils in general. The second floor consists of bathroom, a bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed and a bedroom with double bed and balcony. Both rooms have TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There are pillows and single mattress available.
Children are very welcome! The house has screen protection on the second floor balcony, wooden gate in the stairs (second floor), mosquito screens and window grilles that present some risk of falling.
