Summary: The rooms are spacious and the property manager was very responsive. She even texted to see how my flight went before and after. However, the host was rather clueless as to how to direct us to the Villa. She doesn’t know the street names or anything. We literally went from block to block for 10 mins to figure out the numbers. The kitchen countertops were stained, you could tell where others positioned their drink. I messaged the PM about cleaning supplies who mentioned I’d need to buy if I needed. These things should be there as courtesy. Anyways I found some bleach n dishwashing liquid and cleaned it to its original color. The person that cleans needs to properly clean the floor as well. The bed linen were stained yellow all over. The white shower curtain was dirty to the color changing n old with rust. It had hair stands stuck that doesn’t even belong to me or anyone in my small group (I was also the only female n I had braids) No disrespect to the PM because she was okay but whom ever is doing the interior upkeep of the villa needs to actually throughly clean and throw out those sheets. And before it’s said that sheets weren’t badly stained I don’t speak on things without evidence. Otherwise, the security at the entrance did their jobs. It’s however a task to have visitors. My bf had his friend over which all have to be ran by the PM so I texted her and she gave a notice to the security however he came with a extra person (I wasn’t aware) who was not able to come in because the PM said she’s only allowing one person. So if you are trying to reunite with people I wouldn’t recommend. The fact that I had to leave the Villa to go to our friend’s rental in Runaway bay to play uno was crazy. To top it off, we were disrespected at the gate by a resident who was very stereotypical. She felt the need to offer to the security to call management on us because she thought we were causing issues because she saw an incident at another estate in which that was the case. We were at the gate waiting on the security to confirm with the PM while trying to figure out where to go after the extra guest was told he can’t enter. This lady really started a whole thing and the security had to tell her we weren’t an issue but she automatically assume the worst because of how we were dressed which is very judgmental. Nice PM but she needs better associates.
