Summary: I stayed for about four days when we entered the room our code would not work so we had to call maintenance. Thankfully, it did not take two hours I’m not too sure why other people reviewed this place in the sense of they lack communication. You just have to also remember the time difference. The rooms are really spacious. Our only complaint I would say is that the shower could use a longer door so the water doesn’t splash out along with the shades in the room needs to be upgraded because they’re falling apart. But all in all as someone who works in a hotel, this was a very nice stay. And my partner and I look forward to staying here again once we’re back in New York.
