Please take note that there are some renovation in the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 4th), so there might be some occasional noises throughout the period of april/june.
NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.
The accommodation is ideally located 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by public transport from Porte de Versailles (Salon des Expositions).

The accommodation is accessible 24 hours a day thanks to an electronic lock. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
