The Pousada was founded on November 1, 1955, when the headquarters of the Federal Government was located at the Palácio da República, on Rua do Catete. Since then, we have received people from all over the world. Installed in a mansion listed by the Historical Cultural Heritage, we offer simple single rooms and collective dormitories!
Our concierge is open 24 hours a day. We have limited Wi-Fi at reception!
To cancel your reservation, do it at least 48 hours before arrival!
It is strictly forbidden to wash clothes at the Hostel!

We are a Simple Hostel for backpackers. We do not serve: breakfast, towel and soap. We do not provide a sheet to cover. Access is via stairs. The rooms are small, we don't have air conditioning, only fans. Bathrooms are shared. Our accommodation model is for adventurers looking for a cheap place to shower, leave their bags and sleep without much comfort, that is, for those who want to spend the day on the street. The location is ideal for those who want to have fun at the carnival. The Police Station is on the corner, the Municipal Guard Battalion is on the other side of the street. We have the best prices for all times of the year!
