Tropical Breeze is a lovely 2 story private Villa set in the heart of the town of Negril. We are blessed with an abundance of fruit trees in our yard, which creates the warm tropical breeze, after which the property is named. Just steps from the Villa is our gorgeous 20 foot swimming pool with a large terraced deck area surrounding the pool. At the base of the steps to the pool is another deck area containing a stage area, perfect for entertaining, small weddings, Birthday parties etc. Beside this is our natural rock formation waterfall, which lends itself to a wonderful ambience for dining, sipping on a beverage or just chilling.
The main floor is comprised of 4 bedrooms, with two on each side of the home and a large fully equipped kitchen and common area, lying between the two sides. Each bedroom comes furnished with AC, a Smart TV, in wall safe and a bedside fan. Two bedrooms contain 1 double bed only, the 3rd contains 2 twins, and the 4th contains a double and a twin. This allows for the convenience of different sleeping options for our guests.
The dine-in kitchen is furnished with a 4-burner gas stove, full sized fridge, double sink, ample cupboard space, and a variety of kitchen appliances (convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). In the common area, we offer a comfortable sectional couch, computer table, flat screen TV enabled with Wifi (incl. Netflix, Youtube, etc.), board games and reading.
The 2nd story of the Villa is comprised of 2 separate apartments, and a 2 bedroom adjoining suite. Both apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, large private bathroom with hot water, AC, in wall safe and bedside fan. The 2 bedroom adjoining suite is optimal for budget friendly guests with a double sink huge bathroom and sleeping for up to 6 persons.
Negril is located on the western most tip of the island, approximately an hour and a half from Montego Bay. Our prime location within Negril is just minutes form the downtown area where you will find the bank, grocery stores, pharmacies and several restaurant options.
Our famous 7 mile stretch of white sand beach is just a 10 minute walk from the Villa, and the gorgeous sunsets found on the west end are just minutes from us as well. Negril is home to Rick's Cafe, a well known sunset viewing bar with daring cliff jumpers and stunning views of the Caribbean sea. Barneys Hummingbird place is located on the west end, where you cam hand feed the humming birds if you are fortunate enough to have them drink from your provided vial of liquid.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
