Summary: Our stay at Hotel Le Ballu was truly outstanding, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! First and foremost, the location is absolutely amazing, perfectly situated for exploring Paris. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the incredible staff. Tomas, the Front Desk Manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He consistently went above and beyond to assist us with everything, always with a genuine smile on his face. His dedication made a huge difference to our trip. In the restaurant, Abdullah was equally great, providing truly fantastic customer service. He was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experiences a pleasure. Even at 3 AM during checkout, Sam's helpful nature was simply amazing. It's rare to find such cheerful and efficient service at that hour, and it made our early departure seamless. Beyond the wonderful staff, we also loved the overall ambiance and, of course, their cappuccino is amazing! We genuinely loved the location, the entire staff, and every aspect of our stay. We would come back again in a heartbeat!
