Summary: The first person reception operator was very helpful when we called to say we would be late, but when we arrived at 11 pm we were unsure of the door to enter on the building across the street from the main hotel. the night operator could not help us in English. this person hung up on us because we had trouble communicating in Italian that we were confused and The first person was very helpful when we called to say we would be late, but the night operator could not help us in English. could not find our room. We eventually opened the unlocked door that seemed like a residence and found our room number inside. We also left clothing behind and they could not find it.
