Summary: The hotel was pretty good and on paper all looked great. BUT on arrival at 23.15 in torrential rain the concierge refused to ket us use the lift from the underground car park and we got absolutely soaked having to walk round the outside. The plug in my bath didnt work so I was unable to have a bath and the breakfast options were tired and not topped up at 8.45am when we came down.
