All the green and leisure areas are located at the hn resort, located approximately 12 mi away from the hotel netto and where all our guests can enjoy, the hn resort, where all the common areas are located, is not open on mondays due to maintenance reasons, please note that pets will incur an additional charge of r$80,00 per pet.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They quickly prepare a very decent dinner with a cold beer at low cost. Parking can be an issue as it is a busy part of town. We gave the staff a tip for their efforts. Room was fine. Nothing to complain about.

Negative: The front door opens not very early. We had to take the back exit which is on the first floor. This makes for a bit of a walk with your bagage when you leave early.

Summary: Very good staff and decent meal for a low price.
