Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice apartment that felt safe and had all the basic ament with easy access to train/ bus/ tourist pick up etc., wifi good and a fairly comfortable bed.

Negative: Was told less then 24hrs in advance that key pick up was in at a completely different location about a 20min walk away. Place where key was to be picked up was not nisa local but under a new name so had to check 2 different stores then the attendant didn’t know how to explain that the “code” wouldn’t activate until 3pm so instead just told me “no key coming, go away” literally to “go away” after asking to read the message he was getting that said the code wasn’t correct (when it was) it said “code does not activate until directed pick up time” so I then knew that meant the “Check in” time of 3pm and left to sit on the sidewalk with all my luggage for 20min then came back after 3pm to which he did not believe me it would work and I had to beg him In front of a store full of customers to try again. The rainfall shower head was broken and sprayed upward toward the ceiling, there were no instructions on how to use lighting, oven, microwave etc which would have been very helpful and oddly a broom to clean but no dust pan… I was also confused on why metal silverware was provided but instructions given not to use it because it scratched/damaged the pans/dishes etc.
