Summary: We had a great experience! The hotel location is excellent, and I highly recommend it. I traveled with my family, and my daughter had a fall on the subway on our way to the hotel. Rafi was kind enough to assist us with a first aid kit. We also gave us great recommendations for getting around during our stay.
