You can tie your boat off at the dock and there is a single jet ski lift for guests use. We offer two properties to rent at this location: the main house and the guest suite. Therefore, all outdoor areas are shared such as: pool, hot tub, trampoline, firepit, & backyard.
The Layout:
The apartment is 1120sq ft. with 2br + 1ba, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, wraparound deck, laundry room and outdoor dining. You can see the views of beautiful lake Sinclair from the patio balcony.
1st Bedroom has a King bed & the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds. One full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining table that seats 6 as well as 4 additional seating options at the kitchen island.
There is a charcoal grill for guests use. There is outdoor dining on the patio with spectacular views of Lake Sinclair.
The Lake Sinclair Happy Place Guest Suite is above an oversized 2 car garage. Accommodations are great for 2 families if you decide to book both places. You can search the main house on this site. The main house is called Lake Sinclair Happy Place.
We do not allow any guests to have guests at the property. We do not allow events or parties. The outdoor shared space is only shared with the guests renting the guest suite.
