Excellent trout and bass fishing from the lakefront. Enjoy a glass of Finger Lakes wine down on the waterfront deck or on the deck wrapping three sides of the cottage. Shale beach-easy access for children. Enjoy swimming and boating on one of the cleanest lakes in the world. Two queen bedrooms, sleeping loft w/2 twins and queen bed and queen sleeper. New shower in bathroom. Walkout basement with TV and ping pong. Seasonal fixed dock. 2 kayaks and canoe . Watch the hills across the lake light up as the sun sets. Great location on the Lake. 4 miles to Village, one mile to Winery or Marina.
