Positive: The location was good, only a 5 minute walk from escadaria selarón. The building felt very secure and safe and we enjoyed the view from the bedroom. We definitely appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the smart tv. The kitchen was sufficient and we were really glad to have use of the washing machine. The owner was lovely, very accommodating and even gave us a magnet as a welcome gift which was lovely.

Negative: The bathroom was fine but maybe could have done with a bit of a deep clean. Also the sofa wasn’t super comfortable and a big hard in places but we managed. I think for future bookings it may be nice to have a bit of washing powder that can be used for laundry and maybe cooking bits such as oil, salt and pepper but that’s just my personal preference of what would have made it extra special.

Summary: Nice apartment in decent location, would stay again
