It is located on the ground floor of a residence with a garden and has a private entrance. The accommodation is equipped with a kitchenette with crockery and everything necessary for cooking, sheets (hypoallergenic / anti-mite), towels, soap and all essential services.
Features a double bed, a 2-seater sofa bed (120 cm * 200 cm), air-conditioning, WC, bidet, shower, hairdryer, microwave oven with grill, toaster, kettle, first aid kit, mosquito nets, TV and WI fiber -FREEFI.
There is no gas plant, but only electricity.

Residential area close to the center, but far from the city traffic. Safe, silent and served area. Bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, playground, bar, large FREE PUBLIC PARKING and much more just outside the gate. At 500 meters you will enter the city alive, in one of the most evocative areas that welcomes the city market (Tuesday and Saturday) and from here you can continue for a pleasant walk in the tree-lined avenue above the city walls.
Alternatively, you can also admire the spectacular and characteristic landscape of the long Sile (RESTERA) or go through the streets of the historic center. The studio is very close to the MUSEUM OF SANTA CATERINA E A CA 'DEI CARRARESI.
In 5 minutes walking you reach the center and in 15 minutes the train station (10 minutes by bus 7, stop 50 meters) and from there Venice in 20 minutes.
Getting around on foot is the best way. All the main places of interest are easily reachable with a very short walk.
