THE SPACE
With an elegant, vibrant lobby, indoor lounge, large outdoor common area with panoramic views, and a free indoor gym you are sure to find everything you are looking for and more. Surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, and shopping galore as well as the easiest train access seconds away.
If you need extra sleeping space we have recently replaced the living room couch with a daybed that can sleep 1 extra person. It is quite firm but we have a mattress topper if you need it. This daybed is best suited for children, teens, or guests who sleep easily in most situations. Please note that the apartment setup works best for 2 adults.

This is a hi-rise building with 21 floors and over 100 units. Common spaces in the building include the lobby with fireplace seating, the common roof deck, the basement laundry and gym.
