4 Bedroom Apartment in Kips Bay, New York

After two years, my husband and I finally completed our renovation and furnishing of our home. The 2nd floor has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living space with a sofabed. The 1st floor has a kitchen/dining area/living room and beautiful furnished and maintained garden (only usable during daylight hours) with close views of the Empire State Building (only 5 minute walk). The living room has a pullout sofa bed. The 1st floor also has a 4th bedroom with separate full bathroom. The basement has an additional living area with another pullout sofa bed. The street is quiet yet close to all the Midtown Manhattan bustle. We have a cleaning lady and handyman who help us make sure everything is very clean and organized. Location is perfect with just two blocks from main subway line, short walk to Empire State Building, Macy's, Grand Central Station. Surrounded by restaurants, theaters and coffee shops. Street parking is hourly and very limited in Manhattan, there's a parking garage right on our block. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do during your stay in NYC. ABSOLUTELY no loud parties allowed. Bachelor/Bachelorette groups, please discuss with owner. Payments: Please put in your dates and exact number of guests to get an accurate total amount. Rates change depending on seasons, dates and for groups over 8 guests. We split payments for reservations that are made more than 3 months in advance. Thanks for reading!
