This is a new building with a bike room, gym, laundry room, and an elevator! There's also a large roof deck with 360 degree views of Brooklyn and Manhattan great for bbq's, hangouts with friends, or simply to enjoy the view. There are two plush queen sized beds with down duvets all dressed in high cotton bedding. There’s plenty of closet space with hangers and drawers which can comfortably fit all your clothes. Other features include dinning table, living room couch (which unfolds and can be used as a bed.) This can accommodate a third guest (fee of $35/night) a 50" tv mounted on the wall connected to high speed internet, stove and oven, dishwasher and bath tub. The apartment is in the hottest part of Crown Heights. It's also super close to Prospect Park, Park Slope, the Barclay's Center and Downtown Brooklyn. All very trendy areas filled with great bars, restaurants, and shops. Very accesible to get to and only a short ride away to Manhattan.
