Beautiful semi-detached house in Peschiera del Garda, near the beach and ideally located for easy access to shops, supermarkets and the center. The house has 2 large, air-conditioned double rooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, a nice 4-bed room on the 2nd floor, also with its own bathroom and air conditioning. On the ground floor, all guests can find space at the large dining table in the open and fully equipped kitchen with fridge + freezer, dishwasher, gas stove. From the living room with fireplace you reach the terrace, also with a friendly dining area and the private garden of the house (about 50m², fenced). In the basement of the house you´ll find a practical laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and clothes rack.
