Walking distance to award winning restaurants, bars, shops, 5min from Prospect Park. 10 min walk to B/Q, R, F/G, 2/3 trains, 20 min to Manhattan by train.

The space
Centrally located in the very heart of Park Slope, the garden apartment is situated on a tree-lined street in walking distance to everything and across the street from an elementary school where you can hear the children playing in the schoolyard at lunch time. We have been living in our brownstone in the triplex for 25 years, above the apartment. The garden apartment has a private entrance with personal key code and plenty of privacy. The bedroom is situated next to the backyard and is very peaceful.
