Short walk to several bars and restaurants. The property is fully solar-powered and features soaring ceilings, oversized glass sliding doors, polished concrete walls and warm stained wood. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, heated (extra charge) pool, hot tub, home theatre and widow's walk deck with crazy views!
2 bedrooms upstairs, one king with ensuite master bath and outdoor shower, the other with queen and bathroom across the hall. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Additional sleeping quarters in playroom downstairs (XL twin over queen bunk bed) but note access is down circular stairs just outside the kitchen sliding door, and no bathroom down there. All mattresses are firm memory foam with hotel grade linens.
