Situated within easy walking distance of Dunmore Town and the famous Pink Sand Beach with a view of incredible sunsets from the large decks surrounding the house. We are minutes from the harbour and ocean beach and easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. We are ideally located to suit those who want a true island home in the #1 rated island (2005) in the Caribbean by Travel and Leisure Magazine. With a large common living/kitchen area for get-together meals and fun, it also offers privacy for those quiet times we long for on vacation. We have hosted international guests for gatherings and wedding guests who want to share their island vacation as well as many families who want to vacation in the Bahamas. With a large full gourmet kitchen, you can cook yourself and seat 14 guests at the massive Captain’s table or hire a local cook for stay-in meals.
Our 2 wrap around balconies offer stunning beautiful views of the sunset, the quaint island town of Dunmore and you can even see over to the beach side. The house has 2 large Air Conditioning Units that will keep the house cool all day and night. Always offering a gentle breeze and a place from which to read a book, have a cocktail or just watch the world go by. We are very flexible on arrival and departure days and will do our best to set you up with the kind of special holiday the Bahamas offers. Scuba, snorkeling, sightseeing, boating, wave surfing or laying out and tanning on he beach....truly it is better in the Bahamas.
