I live in this cozy house in a residential village in this district have a choice of bars, restaurants, concert halls, football states and a distance of 30 minutes from the beach of Barra da Tijuca. The house is comfortable with barbecue, big shower and small pool of 8000L in collective area. 1 car garage. There are two floors where the rooms and the shower are upstairs. Down a toilet, living room, kitchen, and laundry area with tank and water hose. There is a small garden in front of the house and some plants in service public areas, because I love nature. Whenever I'm participating in hiking and know several groups that meet to walk.
