My 3 bedroom villa is set in almost 29 acres (115,000sqm) with the most beautiful views of the rolling hills and valley of Rio Mole. The property is just a few minutes from miles of mostly deserted beaches of Saquarema. It is about 90 minutes from Rio De Janeiro and the airports (SDU and GIG). Three bedrooms, one with air conditioning and TV, all have ceiling fans. Outside a family of leaping dolphins watch over a large swimming pool, along side is a shower and toilet, various fruit trees and extensive lawns. This property has total privacy being situated at the end of a half kilometre gated private road. Its perfect here for star gazing as there is no light pollution (telescope available). Most weekends and holidays hang & paragliders can be seen from the property not far away at Vôo Livre Sampaio Corrêa.
